Hi, I'm Jesse.

I'm currently working as an AI Solutions Architect for DoorDash. I was born and raised in Dallas, TX and now live in New York City.

For undergrad, I studied information systems (MIS) at the Texas McCombs School of Business. After graduating, I attended an engineering bootcamp, Codesmith, to learn how to code full-stack.

I am (clearly) not a "classically-trained" CS degree holder but rather a scrappy business-first builder fully embracing AI tools such as Cursor and the latest LLMs. I have product + engineering experience, design sense, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

I made this site to document my career and learnings.

Outside of work, I enjoy international travel (42 countries so far), studying financial markets and Bitcoin, occasionally skydiving, and trying new coffee shops.
